Speculation on today's WCVC movement.


So this actually took me a good bit of the drive home to figure out but let's see if it gives to you!

Now this MAY not be what happened today, but the pieces fit, and honestly it's a pretty smart way to make money for an investor.. although dangerous..

Soooo let's first look at WCVC on the 24th(ish)

They were likely selling shares, every company does it, if you think you are ever buying into a company that doesn't, or hasn't.. well there's a very good chance you are wrong.

It's how bills are paid, it's how company's grow, it's how they execute their plans.

With that said.. while WCVC price was languishing, they were likely selling shares, a small amount because the volume was low.

(here if we look under short data, we do some short positions were made, they had a long loan period due to such a low volume of shares going out.

Once the price ran last week, it made shorts cover, and it gave us the net gain in shares we saw on CrazyKar post

Where even after all the selling of short sales were done, we were still gaining traction (wooo!)

So what's the next step?

*Let's recap*
1. Company selling small amount of shares

2. Short positions made on those shares

3. Volume became too great, eating all short positions and allowing the price to travel north.


Next step

Well they short again, because wcvc likely sold whatever remaining shares they needed to complete the next part of their plan (remember this is a business necessity, and why company's go public to make capital for expansion) we won't know this for sure until the next update on shorts come out, but this is very likely, and why it's speculation.

Well guess what happened today?

They sold all the shares they cared to risk out, making a profit from 5's 4's 3's etc to the high of .0012

All the shares bought at or on the growth to .0012 were ate today and we started to see the gain in PPS again at the end of day!

So now there is no more short positions available!



Again... Followers... I've mentioned this before, shorting happens on EVERY stock with shares being sold, and you have to check the short data!

Those who say there's no shorting on penny stocks, etc.. are likely feeding a line!

However there are plenty of cases where it's no short selling, which is why due diligence is necessary!

Now that the price has bottomed out, and there's no more shares to sell, guess what happens next!

Again this is speculation, and just some deep thoughts I had on the drive home!
