Rose. There have been several court cases that I’ve been involved in .... that even tho I won .. I wish I had settled before we ever got to court .

And of course the ones I lost ... I should have swallowed my pride / indignation and settled when I had the chance .

It is IMHO overwhelming in our interest as shareholders , that Amarin settle this if they can .

Trial outcomes can , in my limited experience , be very unpredictable
