Unfortunately with all these messages and the talk of $$$$ nobody can answer that question. This to me is the sadness that surrounds this Message Board. I do wish someone can say when...we have been waiting 11+ years and any talk of dates beyond February is crazy. The people controlling the money has had years to organize and prepare for this time.
With Rosen delaying tactics they have had more than enough time so press the button and let the money flow now. My opinion only.
