12M-0.0001 x 173M-0.0002 now. The Big Problem here is: with such Weak bid while Giant ask who would be that stupid to buy any shares at 0.0002 except fractional manipulation paint job?

So OCLG (1.2B ~ 1B shares Huge OS) will crash back to 0 x 0.0001 again as soon as tomorrow just like its peer (ACTL: mere 699M shares Small OS and 300M ~ 350M shares Tiny float) did most recently!
