wcheng, I expect several exciting actions to occur. Here is the conundrum. I am not sure if the Players are going to want to put space in between the Bk closure and the events I am expecting.

So, I will use a six month window starting from today,12/31/2019. I expect to see the following at some point in this window of time.

1) Distributions to investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012

2) Preferred and Common Stock issued to same as above

3) JPM payment of sorts to same as above and will most likely be paper not cash

4) FDIC must close receivership at some point and they took assets from WaMu Holding Company that was illegal in 9/2008 so there must be a payment of sorts to same as aforementioned

5) I have no doubts we are also Beneficiary Recipients of (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust in which I expect to see 2 to 4 annualized distributions over a ten year period of time
