The float in 2014 was low 329,542,935 because there were 20 or so
inst holding the other 1.6 billion shares at the time.

after that date tcel stop reporting but there was always around 2b

since becoming cbtc they cancel all the shares that the higher ups had from tcel

and have only issue a small amount of since
becoming cbtc.
