re: CESY Float - you got me... the last filing said the OS was 630MM or thereabouts, but don't know the float.

This report http://www.otcfn.com/cesy/report.html#ccc dated October 2003 says the float is 7MM I find that extremely hard to believe. I emailed the guy to see if he'll verify a float number for me, but haven't heard back as of yet.
