Not that big of a deal imho, unlike some other plays, $ALPP has a lot more going for it other than hope's of one particular acquisition closing. Might see a small dip today, it's one to be grabbed with huge news coming to kick off the new year..

This co did about $7m or $8m in revs I think, fairly smaller than the other company they just acquired in November which is a $14m company.. and they are in active discussions for other acquisitions as we speak
