Hate to the bearer of bad news, but this is Provision perennial fake news press release to keep the company "alive" for another 12 months for them to continue their little scheme. The Chinese company they shipped to is their debt holders collecting assets on their debt repayments, and their LOI is a fairy tale. Can't believe how many of you fall for the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
