No, don't think I've ever seen the actual agreement if it's publicly available - finding it by searching AMRN's website could be a chore unless someone has it bookmarked. An maybe analogous situation to the Teva settlement would be what was used in my industry and many others - non-compete agreements for new employees for periods of 1-5 yrs - if you violated that agreement by leaving to work for a competitor or starting your own business doing a similar job you got sued. Under certain circumstances departing employees could also be asked to sign a non-compete if one wasn't in force at the time, but that's more often applied to big wigs, not the worker bees.
