Absolutely not, Carter is a bottom feeding patent troll - he allowed the company to be suspended and revoked - making it much easier for him and his partners at Chanbond to not pay UOIP shareholders anything.

Chanbond will have a difficult time in the Delaware Court system as they have a disdain for patent trolls.

Carter never communicated with shareholders - and has been silent since the SEC suspension and revocation.

I find it very odd that a few have faith in Carter - he hasn't done anything to support the shareholders.
