Have you ever seen a PT or chiropractor to have them check whether you have a problem with your left psoas muscle? If your colonoscopy was clean and antibiotics didn't do anything sounds like the colitis diagnoses may have been wrong. I have recurring issues with my psoas muscles and they can cause all sorts of problems because they run right up next to the ascending and descending colon - a decent and simple explanation here:

Most common complaint of strained or tight psoas muscles is lower back pain, but with me it's abdominal tension and pain, especially along the ribcage. Might be worth getting evaluated by a PT.
