Risk calcs aren't my bailiwick either, and won't attempt to predict how the market would respond to either result, except to say that since this is AMRN we're talking about, a settlement could be viewed as "the IP is weaker than we thought", resulting in it being a non-event or even a negative one - <cynic>remember all good news is met by a sell off.</cynic> Don't even want to think about losing during trial, the appeals would take years and dreams of a high priced BO would vanish.
