I am not a lawyer but am wondering....all of the arguments on this board seem to avoid/not comment on one aspect which I believe is central. The importance of "prosecutorial discretion"
would seem to be of prime importance. Do any of our learned legal analysts have a reading on our judge?

How does she feel about generics using legal gymnastics in order to benefit off the work of AMRN and others? Does she have a track record in this regard?
