expanded label is getting 3 years new exclusivity. What does it mean? Does it not prevent generics to sell generic version of V for the next 3 yrs? And posters here talk about Amarin getting new indications based on those Alzhimers, colon cancer trials and how do those prevent generics selling generic V? If it is just label specific, then generics of course will infringe selling into all these future indications as well off-label. Where does any Rx makers have any control on the Reddys??
