What I gathered) their argument is that Jelis was prior art demonstrating obviousness. The other TG lowering drugs don’t matter bc they’re arguing Jelis was the main study. I think their argument has a lot of wholes in it and we can win this at trial but it’s not worth it. I’d rather settle.
