1. I would not expect the hired representative of a company to put said company in a position of http://dictionary.reference.com/search?db=dictionary&q=libel by answering any questions about a terminated employee other than the hire, term dates and position held.
2. I have previously attempted to contact on more than one occasion about a variety of things and he has chosen not to respond.
