Yes , I understand that but I don’t know enough about the details of each claim/patent to know if “lowing TG’s without raising LDL and/or lowering ApoB” is a component of each claim or not. 1 patent holding would be enough but I’ve never read about 1 patent being “stronger “ than another so I ASSUME all have the same basis.

My personal opinion (which should carry zero weight since I have no legal knowledge or experience) is that the carve out label treat is the bigger problem.

I am not as confident as most posters here about the outcome of a trial. To me a 15% chance of failure is a very significant risk
