Yes everything is absolutely in line and notorized to the letter of the law, but there really seems to be one problem. Barrick owns title yet has not mined one ounce of gold, silver or copper. Barrick tried to sell the rights for the silver to SLW but the BCSC stopped the sale because it said Pascua Lama and needed to say any of their mines. No matter what is said there still is a big problem that Barrick can not mine Pascua Lama even though it is stated that they can. Even as of today still no mention from Barrick to mine Pascua Lama and the injunction has been lifted!!!! Doesn't that tell you something??????
