All shareholder's should email NGEN TECH and ask them to lower the large reverse split ratio to something more reasonable for the shareholders holding through the split!!
It's your right as a shareholder to voice your opinions and concerns!!! If enough shareholders request them to lower the ratio Ed Carter may listen.The current delay happening with the split could help. A 1-250 split would leave the Outstanding Shares total approximately 14.4 million. That's a very low OS!!!!
