First, Mokpo project.

The groundbreaking ceremony was delayed because a further consultation among Saean, the government, Jeolla-do, Mokpo-si, Naunuri Information and Communication, and other participating organizations was specifically conducted. Mokpo grounbreaking will have to wait until the end of January as the contents of the negotiations so far are that the scale of business will grow and progress in a good direction.


Second, stock swap and OTCQB registration.

The first round of swap with the US Securities was sent on the 26th, so a copy of the stock certificate will be available early next week. About 3% of the 2nd round will be completed before the end of January, and it is possible to receive stock certificates by then.

The stock swap is then closed (January 31) and the OTCQB registration can be completed within 6 months of the restriction period.

However, since the accounting and legal aspects of Saean have already been dealt with, the OTCQB registration can be completed anytime before the end of 6 months. Prior to completion of registration, individual shareholders' new shares in the US will be put into their personal account.


Third, before Nasdaq.

After OTCQB registration, you will be transferred to Nasdaq after 6 weeks at $3 per share.
(Based on stock after swapped with US Saean. From now on, if you say per share, think of it as a US stock standard. And remember, from now to the time when the shares can be sold in OTCQB, that's at least $1 to $3 a share. Of course, after the NASDAQ, the benchmark price per share should be more than 10 dollars ...)

And Saean says it is preparing to move NASDAQ faster and easier through investment partners in the US and other investments.

Personal Account Receiving & Interperonal-Sales & OTCQB Registration Completed: July 31, 2020 (most likely to be completed before May).

Nasdaq transfer completed: Continued immediately after OTCQB registration, or expected within 2020.
