you are the only one it's not clear too i guess...

The filing was made AFTER the termination of Klaus Bonn...get it?!

He wasn't doing his job...period...and tried to protect himself after he was terminated, because of the German law, as you stated.

Nevertheless IT WAS A BOGUS FILING...
