Mr Simpson72....I am sorry, but I just cant answer your question, as to how or the time the hedges will get returns on their holdings, but suffice it to say, that I am a long term bull with a lot of coop stock and hold 195000 ES968 markers...I specifically asked the board in Bonderman held class 22 escrows which could be different from other class 22 escrows, but got no answer...so my thinking is: if his class 22 are the same as mine, then I have no worry for a payout....I always believed that a chapter 11 bk is not the same as a chapter7, where assets are liquidated... in this case, I firmly believe, those legacy assets belonging to common shareholders will be returned to WMIH, now trading as coop.. why? we as shareholders own the equity of a company, the assets might belong to other investors such as bondholders or preferred stockholders...assets minus liabilities equals equity, and that is precisely common shareholders...so, this is my thinking only, is that coop aka whim is the legacy owners of those assets, we own the equity....I believe our F/R will be reflected in the common stock of coop someday, should there be a S4V for those markers...I am saddened by the fact that you sold your coop stock.. IMO it was a long term strategic mistake, but hey, we all travel to our financial goals on different paths... sincerely.. Lodas
