I looked at the paperwork. It's not like making a Hilton reservation. MediPharm may have received a response already, and are preparing to refile the application with amended documents.

NASDAQ won't say "no"; they'll just keep telling them what else they need.

It can go on and on depending upon how hard it is for MediPharm to supply the additional info.

I think it's safe to say, "they will qualify for uplisting to NASDAQ".

It will happen within 60 days of the new year.
