Every shareholder should email the CEO at efc@ngen-tech.com or info@ngen-tech.com and or go to Ngen Tech.Com..Ask them to consider lowering the ratio of the current large reverse split to something a little more reasonable for shareholders holding through the split. It's your right as a shareholder!! If enough shareholder's voiced their opinion management might listen even if it is a long shot. The delay in the split could help!
A 1-250 reverse split would lower the outstanding Shares down to around 14.4 million. Still a VERY LOW O.S. that shouldn't effect uplisting or future dreaded dilution.BTW dilution and uplisting don't exactly go hand in hand.

Another NYSE traded company I'm watching just had a shareholder meeting and the shareholders and management voted to implement a 1-10 reverse split lowering their Outstanding Shares to 14.8 million.
So a 1-250 reverse split would put Ngen Tech at approximately 14.4 million OS! very reasonable!!!! SHAREHOLDERS EMAIL THE COMPANY AND ASK THEM TO LOWER THE RATIO OF THE REVERSE SPLIT!!!
