JL looks like it is now time for you to make your move in Chile and present your titles to the court. After all it just seems that Barrick or CMN is taunting you. Why else would they be presenting the news releases to the court to prove out false and misleading new releases...

4. Record of diligence signed by the Notary Public of Santiago Mr. Robert Cifuentes Allel, dated November 25, 2019, in which it is certified that the Ishostedby website indicates that the IP and DNS of the publication attributed to my client is in Toronto, Canada.
5. Record of diligence signed by the Notary Public of Santiago Mr. Robert Cifuentes Allel, dated November 25, 2019, in which it is certified that the page Check-Host indicates that the location of the IP of the publication attributed to my client is in the United States.
6. Record of diligence signed by the Notary Public of Santiago Mr. Robert Cifuentes Allel, dated November 25, 2019, in which it is certified that the Whois Domain Tools page indicates that the location of the IP of the publication attributed to my client is in California, United States.

8. Press release entitled “Mina Pascua is Owned by Jorge Lopehandia”, dated November 1, 2011, issued in Vancouver, Canada, by Mountain-West Resources, Inc.
9. Spanish translation of the press release by Mountain-West Resources, Inc., issued in Vancouver, Canada, dated November 1, 2011, that is entitled in English “Mina Pascua is Owned by Jorge Lopehandia” and in Spanish is entitled “Jorge Lopehandia es el dueno de Mina Pascua”.
10. Press release entitled “Progress Report on Mina Pascua, Chile”, dated December 8, 2011, issued in Vancouver, Canada, by Mountain-West Resources, Inc.
11. Translation in Spanish of the press release by Mountain-West Resources, Inc. Issued in Vancouver, Canada, dated December 8, 2011, entitled in English “Progress Report on Mina Pascua, Chile” and in Spanish is entitled “Reporte del progreso en Mina Pascua, Chile”.

The Notary describes, with attached screenshots from the websites mentioned, and certifies that the domain, location of the IP and DNS of the publication resides either in the United States or in Toronto, Canada (4 thru 6 above).

The Notary certifies that the image of the press release inserted in the report identically corresponds to the website indicated and the downloaded document (7 above).
