Because everyone kept trying to get the masses to believe they'd have their orders filled at .0001

The only bid getting filled is anyone who puts a bid of $10k+ to become top of the level 2 board.

Not many people have that kind of money, so everyone keeps waiting and waiting till everyone moves on to greener pastures.

Once most everyone forgets and moves on, boom, green land.
