You do know that a minimum share price isn't the only listing requirement, right? And the top one in the list of all 3 Standards (Equity, Market Value and Net Income) is Shareholders Equity. The minimum SE requirement for the Standards is $5M, $4M and $4M respectively.

Tauriga's Shareholders Equity as of its latest filing (9/30) was $227,580 and it's dropping.
