Cann American Corp (CNNA)

DD Dempsey, life without wifi is tough these days haha. I believe we will start seeing some of the older events that transpired because of time frame it took for the name change. The pieces are coming together here! I broke down the second news event. here.

I see we received 2 news events today for $CNNA ! The first I shared earlier can be found following this link:

Take a look at the second news event that came out today! I would like to expound on this a bit.

Originally conceived by Jason Black and Patrick King, a Northern California cannabis industry pioneer, and formed in California in 2014 as a holding company for agricultural and cannabis equipment rentals, Cannequipt, now a Wyoming company, is being restructured to serve as an R&D division of Cann American Corp.

As you can see, Cannequipt was formed in 2014 and is now being restructured in Wyoming as a R&D division of Cann American Corp. This is a huge material event as I believe the equipment side of MMJ/MJ/CBD is in high demand. That being said, Look at this:

As a condition of the acquisition Cann American Corp. became the 100% owner of all rights, logos and intellectual properties pertaining to the Cannequipt brand.

You can see now Cann American Corp became 100% owner of everything involving the Cannepuipt brand. This is solidifies any questions on where Cannequipt I had asked in the past to DD Dempsey.

The company has several products and technologies in different stages of development for which Cann Am believes Cannequipt is the right vehicle under which to bring them to fruition and ultimately to market.

This raised my ears a bit. I hope everyone read this part of it. This to me means that there is several products and technologies in different stages of developments that I haven't been able to dig into yet. Is there new equipment being developed for harvesting, manufacturing, growing ect? One could speculate they are sitting on some huge next generation equipment and products here. I am looking forward into digging into this one!

With Cann American's established history, networks and contacts in the $3 billion California cannabis industry, steady recurring revenue from ongoing operations and several million in net operating losses (NOL) inherited from the public entity we believe we can be very successful in developing disruptive products and technologies without the need for third party financing.

One can see that the California cannabis industry is huge! ($3B). We all just saw from prior posts that $CNNA was just at the Emerald Cup with Patrick King (MVP). $CNNA appears to be connected here! I would love to know what New connections were made at the Emerald cup. There appears there is no need for toxic third party financing and the products and technologies are taking care this area.

The company along with Mr. King have already established talks and entered into NDA's with established industry leaders to advance new concepts and technologies we believe would be best suited for development under Cannequipt. More updates on these endeavors will be forthcoming.

If you didnt read this, You need to! There were talks that already took place at the Emerald Cup with established industry leaders! My curiosity is peaked here. I want to know with who!?!? They have signed NDAs which is a vital step in business here!! Im ultra excited to see who it is!!

I am still upset I wasnt able to attend this event. Both Black and King were able to showcase Cannequipt, TheSoilKing, and essentially Cann American Corp at the Emerald Cup. From what I have read, This is a huge annual MJ event held in norther Cali.



Long story short, reading through this with a fine tooth comb it appears as an investor, we are holding onto a major gold nugget in the making. I personally live in a farming community. You are not a successful farmer around here unless you have the proper equipment. This rolls over into the MMJ/MJ/CBD industry also. They need the equipment to be successful! As a long investor here I already know the value of $CNNA and it just keeps gaining value to me daily!
