I just had the pleasure of reading both press releases and I must say - it’s pretty cool to have a FINRA approved stock like this - where everything went under the microscope for months AND THE OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT came out WAY ON TOP.

Why? We are dealing with one of the most prominent players in the NORTHERN CALI LEGAL AND MEDICAL MJ/CANNABIS/CBD industry. Patrick King does NOT have any other direct attachments to a public entity other This company $CNNA. With the clear announcement or CANNEQUIPT- it would seem very relevant now for one to review the DD that is likely about 7-8months old or older frankly.

When they started this in March I think - no one thought they can reduce the AS 85%. No9’e thought he could eliminate the prior management debts... and ... then seek FINRA approval to actual name change and and and and and and CUSIP change - meaning. - no prior note can be passed now - to hurt us shareholders. :).
