Authorized Shares were 100,000,000 - Outstanding was around 28,000,000 or 28% of the Authorized.

Increase in Authorized is now 300,000,000 so if they plan to keep the percentage the same then 28% of 300 is 78,000,000 shares. On 12/22/2019 the current count is at 68,463,167. So they have about 10,000,000 to go.
