No offense Bruce but that is how in efficient company operate

Yeah real efficient. Contract out 3D that instead of being analyzed within weeks internally, takes months or up to a year to do. Makes for a lot of PR pumps while waiting.

They contract out short term jobs with strict oversight

If the goal is to drill a dry hole once every 2-3 yrs, is "strict oversight" really required?

Saves an incredible amount of money

No doubt it saves to only drill a dry hole once every 2-3 yrs, rather than drill one every couple of months. Saves an even more incredible amount of money if one performs 3D after rather than before drilling a dry hole.
