It’s curious that the same day of DRWIQ upgrade off the Grey Market (12/17/2019) HFCL Limited, a public Indian Company listed on the The National Stock Exchange of India, announced the completion of the acquisition of DragonWave HFCL India Private Limited, a joint venture company from Dragonwave Pte. Singapore.
