Dragon Wave widens distribution of its Fastback radios to core urban areas.
Radios for licensed and unlicensed spectrum will make Dragon #1 again.
Listed on Nasdaq and a 50% drop the first day of trading. They better
execute fast because investors are losing patience. Execute or not your shares will be diluted again.
Gotcha, so you think the company went through all the trouble of listing on Nasdaq only to go BK? Wow ..OK
Not a fan of their business model. More dilution coming up, if they cant raise funds then BK.
What is there to check?
I'll take COMS at $6 per share and would sell the first day of trading
I have same doubts; when DRWIQ was suspended there were not reported daily list comments and our shares were not cancelled. The sure thing is Dragonwave was acquired by ComSovereign (COMS) in April 2019.

The big question- Why did FINRA suspend them
Yes, still have my DRWIQ shares in my brokerage account..why company doesn't convert DRWIQ shares in COMS shares? DRWIQ got a FINRA suspension on 02/12/2020, NOT delisting. DragonWave was acquired in receivership by Transform-X, a company that was founded by COMS Founder/CEO.
Your shares should be in your brokerage account...take a look
Dragonwave is a subs of COMS now that will list on NASDAQ next week..where are my DragonWave shares??
"DragonWave-X LLC and its operating subsidiaries, DragonWave Corp. and DragonWave-X Canada, Inc. (collectively, “DragonWave”), a Dallas-based manufacturer of high-capacity microwave and millimeter point-to-point telecom backhaul radio units. DragonWave and its predecessor have been selling telecom backhaul radios since 2012 and its microwave radios have been installed in over 330,000 locations in more than 100 countries worldwide. According to a report of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, as of December 2019, DragonWave was the second largest provider of licensed point-to-point microwave backhaul radios in North America. DragonWave was acquired by ComSovereign in April 2019 prior to the ComSovereign Acquisition"

You still don't know what you're talking about.
Thats definitely not what I said Tom. I know what I'm taking about, the dragonwave you lost your ass in, is no more...the dragonwave i invested in has new management and is about to go on naadaq.
Repeat: the dragonwave ypu invested your hard earned money in went belly up.. does that sound right? Do I know what I'm talking about?
At least you admit that you don't know what you're talking about.
No, i never owned Dragonwave Shares.
I may have used the wrong language, it was purchased out of Receivership; not really sure of the difference with that and bankruptcy.
https://www.mccarthy.ca/en/work/cases/transform-x-acquires-dragonwave-receivership
They bought the company and there was no bankruptcy. Were you ever a
shareholder and do you still have your shares
I'm not sure you're following what occurred here...these people(COMS) haven't screwed anyone, well as of yet
The compan and management team that you were invested in are gone...transform-x bought dragonwave ASSETS out of bankruptcy. Transform x consisted of dragonwave and lextrum, which is a company that has technology that improves the dragonwave products dramatically.
Long story short transform x rolled into drone aviation and became comsovereign along with a number of other companies.
Scroll up, none of the managemt listed above that failed investors are involved with coms. I'm not 100% on eric boch he may be informally with COMS, I wish he was, he's a rockstar in the field
So you increased your investment with people that screwed shareholders not
once but e few times?
Still have my DRWIQ shares in my Ameritrade account.
When do you think they will disappear, and why do you think they traded
out of nowhere this past Feb. for about few weeks and then stopped
trading again.
Was that listed in the one of the filings? Hans Amell?
Don't forget Hans leads a Private Equity form, Catalyst which specializes in Corporate Transformations . Catalyst just doesn't invest/work with anyone, see their investment requirements https://catalystacquisition.com/investment-criteria/
This was one of the drivers that led me to increase my investment in COMS. I see at least 3 of the Catalyst Professionals associated with Dragonwave.
DRWI(q) are worthless. Unfortunately, the Dragonwave you invested in does not exist.
What will happen to our shares?
The unnamed individual is the current Dragon Wave CEO.
What about DragonWave old shareholders (DRWIQ)?
"In Nov of 2019, immediately before ComSovereign's reverse merger, an unnamed individual loaned $2M to DragonWave/ComSovereign. As part of generously making this loan, the unnamed individual also received 1,050,000 shares of stock, resulting in DragonWave recognizing a $4.7M debt issuance cost. You read that correctly, ComSovereign's books show they gave out $4.7M in equity in exchange for taking on $2M in debt which they will be paying back with 9% interest (page 23, paragraph 4 in June 10-Q). Who made this loan?"

Tried to explain to you what was happening... Dragonwave is now a wholly owned entity of Comsovereign(COMS)
I wish I knew what's going on, try COMS conversations (message board) and see what they have to say.
Shares of DragonWave recently went from .03 to ZERO without trading on Ameritrade.....never seen this before....weird....what do you think?
What's going on it?
I don't think the company that bought them had any cash but the say they
had superior tech for Dragonwave to compete with the big boys and that
was the exchange. Now they have the cash but facing lawsuits for unpaid
bills.
What a nightmare
The company was sold for $17M and was debt free. You buy the company you
pay the shareholders. Now that they got $22M from India merger they can pay
us, take it private, or upgrade to Nasdaq.
I like Nasdaq better than $2/share.
CUSIP Suspension why?
Somebody does
I know, right?
Thank you for the reply, I cannot make heads or tails of the stock
Connect the dots...upgrade to OTC...India merger...HQ moved from Canada to
Dallas....
What is next for this stock? What is their best hope. I would like to be able to sell this at some point.
Technically DRNE is Dragonwave but I get what you're saying. Good luck here
This is Dragonwave Board not DRNE
Dip it and buy some at these prices.
Timothy J. Mcdonald and Keneth Siebel bought much higher.
How do I even trade this thing? I tried to but Vanguard told me it was a penny stock. I’m like: it wasn’t when I bought it.
Often times I have bought a few shares to boost it back up but it also may be a good thing to close this way and then see a multi hundred % move Monday AM which will attract new eyes.
