However, there's no proof it actually ever really went on sale, no follow up articles I could find anywhere. And the idea that it was a failure, an unmitigated disaster, is unsupported by any evidence. All we know for sure is that there was an announcement that it was going to be for sale.

And, of course, seeing that Henry was in charge, it might more logically follow that the project never really got out of the gate.
