Dennis is apparently the Vice President in business development at Verb Technologies.

Its considered to be a senior level role, obviously as the name pretty much sais it.

Dennis potentially jeopardized investors accounts by having no respect for the law at the time, and was caught "selling away" private securities, according to FINRA.

Dennis is asked by radio host "why do investors come to you"?

Dennis states "they aren't getting a cookie cutter platform, we like to think outside the box"

Does thinking outside the box mean to break the law ? When it comes to Finra, Sec, and investment houses policies.
