H - I know Jefferies mentioned a 15% chance of generics prevailing and these trials are fraught with landmines. I was wondering what percentage you give them. With Judge Du and her comments about chronic conditions intuitively requiring long term treatment and mentioning the expert testimony as being even more important, it seems that issue is dead. For obviousness the evidence the generics point to are all small trials with interesting data that never meets the threshold of showing obviousness, they aren't really close calls. My percentage chance of the generics winning this are about 1%.
