Each subsidiary that ALPP purchases uses a different accounting system. This makes consolidating all the financial information together for the 10Ks and 10Qs (1) more time consuming and (2) more costly.

Why is it more costly? Several reasons:

- Accounting systems are generally subscription based. So if you have to pay for 5 different SAAS products...

- You have to pay Auditors (I.e. Malone Bailey) more because they have to do more auditing work when everything is in different systems

- Employee time spent on compiling information from 5 different systems could be better spent doing something else

Having different systems also makes driving important financial information to managers across ALPP’s spectrum of subsidiaries more challenging.

Improved, timely access to company wide financial information will improve business operations and results.

So the first benefit of getting all subs on the same accounting system is an IMMEDIATE INCREASE in top line revenue growth and an IMMEDIATE REDUCTION in operating expenses.

We’re talking about real money and profitability here folks. When managers have improved information, employees have freed up time, auditors can be paid less, etc, it’s a real and immediate positive impact to the bottom line.

That’s the first benefit.

The SECOND benefit is even bigger.

For anyone not aware, ALPP has been building an accounting system called SpectrumEBOS, which is a Blockchain Enterprise Business Operating System.

It combines the key technology software components of Accounting and Financial Reporting with that of a:

(1) Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)

(2) Document Management System (DMS)

(3) Business Intelligence (BI) platform and

(4) Customer Resource Management (CRM) hub

And these 4 Components are all tethered to a management reporting and collaboration toolset.

ALPP has been building this for a while now. Implementing it fully at all subs will be the FINAL STEP before.....wait for it.....COMMERCIALIZATION of the product!

That’s right, ALPP is building Spectrum not just to improve efficiencies and cut costs in its own businesses, BUT TO SELL IT.

SpectrumEBOS will be a SAAS service. A SUBSCRIPTION based model that other companies will pay for month after month, year after year!!

Now you may be wondering: why would other companies want Spectrum??

The answer is simple. Refer back to the 4 Components of Spectrum above.

Right now it is nearly impossible to find those 4 components in one system. So what nearly all companies are forced to do is piece together various SAAS products. And of course (1) none of them work well with each other and (2) now you’re paying for a bunch of different SAAS products.

The only SAAS solutions that come close are made by Oracle and SAP, and those are WAY to expensive for most micro, small and even mid cap companies.

This is a huge and costly problem for EVERY company. If they can get their hands on a system that incorporates the 4 Components above, they will take it.

Remember all companies are paying for these products already. They are just buying 4 different SAAS products that don’t play nice with each other. So the switch to SpectrumEBOS won’t create new costs for them, in fact, it may actually reduce costs.

What you need to realize is that the demand for SpectrumEBOS is going to be ENORMOUS. This product is likely to be a revenue generator 10x to 100x larger than everything ALPP has already, combined.

It will literally make ALPP the Oracle/SAP of micro to mid caps.

HUGE is the only word to use.

So to be clear, ALPP is not “taking a break” from anything. What they are doing is as follows:

They are finalizing the $500M+ revenue DRIVER called SpectrumEBOS by installing it in all their subsidiaries to demonstrate proof of concept.

Then they are going to stack that $500M+ DRIVER on top of the $50M STABILIZER, FACILITATOR foundation they have already built.

This is REAL MONEY, REAL BUSINESS folks. Kent Wilson and his team are not messing around.
