The countdown has begun. The survival of our company will be determined in a few short months. No more hiding or stalling or ... By now Missling and the gang know what we have. They've been working with this drug and data for many many years and researched the crap out of it from so many different angles.
Do they know by now? or are they still saying. Maybe if we do this we still have a chance or maybe if we do another extension, it will tell us something different or maybe if we wait a partner will save us.
This cannot be the case. All of our eggs are in this basket. He has the ability to create multiple baskets with multiple eggs but he's decided not to do that. You don't do this because of a MAYBE.
We have multiple sources of funding. And you don't fail and you don't risk the survival of your company because you wanted to be lean financially and run tight ship.
You have LPC, Cantor, Shelf, Preferreds, Secondary, and probably many others at your fingertips. But you know what, let's wait and see what happens because we want to be lean. HA!
Because all of these financing resources basically turn into a pile of dog sht if we fail in the next several months. Our crappy share price will be even more crappy. All of that dilution he thought he saved his shareholders will be all for nothing. We will be diluted to kingdom come.
His reputation as a CEO and the reputation of our company is pretty much in the gutter or non-existent. What will it be after failure? Who will want our shares and all our pre-clinical IP based on the same MOA that just failed?
It's all coming to a head. So what is Missling doing? NOTHING!! What does this tell us? I believe it tells us that
HE KNOWS!!! Why the hell else would he sit idle while our ONE basket determines our fate?
