It states right in the court docs that the violations alleged in the OIP are Proven but the judge didn’t follow protocols with the sentencing hence why the SEC filed for the petition of review.
That means that DBMM has indeed been found guilty of the violations but the judge didn’t want to revoke them. The SEC still feels they should have been and should be revoked and that’s why they filed the petition. I feel the petition will be granted and DBMM will finally be revoked as it should be
