Agree. CSTI & CDEL have a seemingly infinite supply of shares. But one has to wonder...

Why? Why at 0.125? Why not tick it higher and squeeze every ounce out of it? What is the significance of 0.125?

I noticed yesterday the moment it popped above 0.125 on quite a bit of volume in the 0.13-0.14 range...the selling came in droves to drive it back below 0.125. Odd...errr, par for the course.
