I really think all the longs here or anyone invested for that matter should email the CEO or go to Ngen Tech.com and leave a massage asking them to consider lower the large reverse split ratio. Can't hurt to ask and if enough shareholders voice their opinion maybe they will listen especially since it won't alter the big picture much. 1-2000=1.8 million OS.
1-1000=3.6 million
1- 500=7.2 million
1-250=14.4 million
a 1-250 reverse split = approximately 14.4 millions shares. Still a very small OS!!!I'm watching a Nasdaq stock that just did a 1- 15 reverse split to lower their OS to 14.8 million.

Wrong!!! If the CEO really wanted it can be done.I think the delay could even help. Damn sure help conversion PPS. Tell ED Carter all you want for Christmas is a lowered reverse spit ratio!!!!
