Is the FDA delay too long?

How long an FDA delay is too long? Is it normal to see 20+ day delays on a 30-day response?

In the Q3 earning call, PH said "We'll communicate and update our plans to move forward once these questions have been addressed."

That communication is not happening. Did Marker sugar coat a serious issue with regards to the FDA hold on the AML trial, which will take several months to fix? I hope my comment will look stupid soon, but it is increasingly looking like the FDA's questions are not trivial.
