$ANW: Kravitz v. Tavlarios (1:19-cv-08438-NRB) is still ongoing

Judge Naomi Buchwald is still going thru it.


I think we have to await the results of that still to see what
the full extent of the LTU is that Kravitz (being the LTU Trustee)
will have to present to Mercuria as being the full award amount
to LTU holders.

I haven't seen any updates from the court Monitor since the last
update on December 10

I think Dec.22 is still early based on that but then again, we could
be pleasantly surprised. If Mercuria wants to give an Early X-Mas
who am I to say NO.

Then again, I say, let it carry on as long as it needs
to as long as Tavlarios and his sidekicks get full-on reamage for what
they did to Aegean Marine shareholders


Lets see if we can all work on another LTU settlement case for 2020.
Corporate Crime never dies... it just never dies.
Its in these greedy pigs innate nature to try and screw the system
and its a way of life for the glitz of excesses that the likes of
Melisandis and his cronies to cook books and play shell games.
Aegean Marine wasn't alone... there will be more of its kind
in the future. Thats just how it goes.
