Then we have the matter of the Toxic Financiers. Think one or more of those kind folks wouldn't have a friend or two connected with one or more off-shore hedge fund/s?

Meaning? Well ... management shorting shares and toxic funders shorting shares and the hedge fund they are working with shorting shares, and last but not LEAST ... MM's shorting shares because they sure don't exist to lose money ... and what do you GET?

The big LONG shaft.
