Marjac ...do you have any comments on "obviousness " re patent challenge .

I think the induced to infringe argument works but think the obviousness is more challenging .

Back in 2010 I was reading JL's posts on Yahoo and I believe his argument pre the Marine Trial results was that AMR101 ( Vascepa now ) would lower TG's without raising LDL cholesterol . I believe he cited small Japanese trials ( Moro ? ) to make that case ...JL please correct me if I have this wrong.

So the question is ...does this awareness rise to the level of " obviousness " ...thats what this whole patent challenge may come down to .
Just my layman take ...appreciate your opinion as well any anyone else who is versed in the subject .
