So, it looks like the plan is to sell VEND within the next 3 months, and it looks as though there will be at least one bidder. I suppose there are some franchisees interested in bidding as well.

In any event, within the next few months, VEND will have disposed of R&I. Maybe it can keep Print Mates and reorganize around that golden opportunity!
