Ok...looked all that over. Thanks for the reply.

What threw me was I was looking for references to "Point of Rocks, South Black Rock, and Deadman Wash gas fields located Sweetwater County Wyoming" in an 8-k concerning their purchase specifically. Instead, it only mentions GRB. Not knowing the geography of Wyoming, I did not know A was a subset of B, so to speak, and it is not laid out by the 8-k's in the clearest fashion (IMO, at least). I now see the mention to GRB in the September 8-k and now see the connection between the two.

I knew these properties had to come from somewhere, but was failing to find the additional info that would be in the purchase 8-k that was lacking in the September statement...if that makes any sense.

Long story short, I asked for help in locating the purchase 8-k a few days ago, to no avail. You provided the goods today. Thanks for the assistance. Much appreciated!
