Why not put the shoe on the other foot and why don't you ask Barrick Gold Corporation the same questions.
It has been 20 years with countless news releases as to how and what they were going to do at Mina Pascua, then it was Pascua Lama and then it was glaciers then it was environmental and then it was sold out to Rangold.
Gee their strategy is working really, really well isn't it......
Now as far as a legal team Barrick Gold has the finest legal team money can buy and that is one reason why it is still going on. It is not going to end the way they want it too so drag it out a little longer. So please go and ask Barrick and see what they tell you the reason that they are still heading to court? Maybe even ask now that they have managed to lift the injunction when they will go mining after all they now have clear and clean title to do what they want....Right???? Or is it?????
