It might be appropriate to send NWBO an open letter first inviting them to respond concretely to these specific concerns before the complaint is made to regulators. The open letter could be put on IHUB as well as being sent directly. If they ignore the letter then it is upon their heads but otherwise opening that can of worms can be avoided. There is no legal reason preventing them from going on record about a lot of this stuff and we skeptical shareholders are reasonable people who have been shoved past the point of endurance instead of being met halfway.
